A Day in Pictures

I got it!

As much as I wanted a chocolate croissant, Eileen wants more photos (I think Donna requested this at some point, too). Ask and you shall receive.

Here is MG having a cafe and reflecting on our journey.

While on our lovely 2 hour canoe trip today, I really focused on taking many photos. Enjoy!

8th century castle: The Devil's Castle

Pretty horses!

Blue butterflies! Do you see them?!

I was so glad to have MG as my expert navigator. There was some tiny whitewater here and there and she did a great job steering us through! :)

On another note, our French may be improving. At dinner tonight we were able to order and understand our waitress. Just as Mary Grace was beginning to suspect our waitress actually KNEW English but wasn't using it, the table of British travelers behind us had to get a new waiter...one who could speak English. Score!

Hmmmm, the croissant au chocolat looks delicious, think I can taste it. Yes, saw the blue butterfly when I enlarged the photo. Lovely scenery, thanks for sharing. Looks like you're having beau temps et des moments de plaisir! Good that your French is improving. Continuer le voyage!

Thanks for the photos! I saw the butterfly but not the rapids on the water :-) I love seeing both of you having so much fun.

Sounds like fun. Looks like a beautiful place to just enjoy nature. :)

I like your outfit in the first picture by the way. Very cute.

I can't wait for more "real" adventures!

I really hope to meet you some day (come to Seattle with MG!). I think you might be able to help me with marketing my business in France!
